1. Order Cancellations

- Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once the order has been placed and payment is confirmed.
- In case of a successful cancellation within the allowed time frame, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging while opening the shipment.
- Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
