1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our products only within India. Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons, festivals, or sales events, processing time may extend to 4–5 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Partners
- We work with trusted courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping may be offered on certain promotions or above a specified order value (as mentioned on the product or offer page).
6. Delays & Non-Delivery
- MCR Creations is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen events.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
8. Change of Address
- Any change in the shipping address must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
